I read the English translation above. But I must say that the original Hindi / Urdu lyrics are much more emotional than the translated English ones.
It is like Hindi / Urdu takes 100 marks and the English translation takes 25 marks. I do not mean than the transaltion is bad, it’s just that the song is sooooo sweet that the meaning of the words just cannot be transferred / translated. It is like eating honey and then eating dough. The song has sufi – sufism tradition behind it. And sufism is all about true and pure heavenly love. You guys knowing english only cannot enjoy it completely.
The meaning of Hindi lyrics create an unimaginable effect. You really need to be close to Indian culture and the way love is kept in hearts with respect and adoration.
It takes at least 25 yrs to really feel Indian culture and the exact meaning of the words. With that kind of learning, the words mean much more.

Singer – Roop Kumar Rathod. Thanks a world Roop for flaming the love in our hearts for our sweethearts ! The more I listen to it, the more my eyes and heart cries. I think it’s the most complete song in the entire world in terms of real music, true pure and genuine lyrics, the effect it creates ( it almost pulls you into another dream like world better than heaven perhaps).
